Edward is a Certified Legal Investigator (CLI) and licensed private detective (DC) / private investigator (OR) with deep expertise in legislative and regulatory issues affecting the profession. He is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and recipient of SPI’s Distinguished Speaker Award. Edward regularly presents on investigative techniques, digital/OSINT tools, privacy implications, and professional advocacy. He currently leads NCISS and has served on multiple national boards advancing investigator standards and rights.
