On Sunday, March 26, 2023, the Society of Professional Investigators was privileged to attend the New York City Police Department, Holy Name Society, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island, 103rd Communion Mass, and Breakfast to honor the Person of the Year, and past SPI guest speaker, NYPD Chief of Interagency Operations, Teresa Tobin, the Presidential Award recipient and SPI member, NYPD Detective Paul DiGiacomo, President, NYPD Detectives Endowment Association.
We salute and congratulate all the recipients for their exceptional performance in duty.
