On November 30, 2023, the Society of Professional Investigators attended to support the Detective Rafael Ramos Foundation Annual Winter Gala. Congratulations to the 2023 Person of the Year, NYPD Police Commissioner Caban, 2023 Leadership Recipient, NYPD Chief of Department, Maddrey, Humanitarian of the Year Aidala, ESQ, Geo Casas, and all the honorees. Special recognition to Founder Martiza Ramos, for establishing this foundation, President J.W. Cortes, Vice President and SPI member Jose Falero, and the board of directors for their amazing work they do to keep the legacy of her husband, NYPD 84 Precinct Police Officer Rafael Ramos, who was tragically taken from us too soon.
