On October 18, 2023, the Society of Professional Investigators hosted it’s monthly meeting at the Famous Tony’s DiNapoli, where our honored guest speaker, Queens County District Attorney Chief Milton, Human Trafficking Bureau, shared her expertise in the complexities to identify the different forms of human trafficking and discussed methods to establish credible evidence for prosecution in criminal and civil matters. This well attended event was not only engaging and insightful but also offered effective techniques to conduct human trafficking investigations by the public and private sector.
We also welcome Chief Melton and “Fist Grade Detective Rose”, NYPD/ FBI Joint Human Trafficking Task Force, as new members of SPI.
